Brandon has been training with us for 9 yrs. He is one of our best taekwondo athletes and a Co-Captain of our Demo Team. He is an exemplary student both inside and outside the training room and an outstanding track athlete. He believes in building relationships at the school and teaching the lower belts. He has won a total of 7 medals in competitions throughout his training.

Alexis always shows her report card to Master Edward and receives excellent marks. She likes to help her younger brother Demetri (purple belt) in Taekwondo. She helps mom and dad at home and is always training hard and enthusiastic during class. Taekwondo has helped her learn respect, perseverance and self control. She likes how we learn and show honesty.

Marc Zirogiannis

Marc has been with us since 1986 and is a longtime supporter of the school. His contributions date back to The World Taekwondo Championships at MSG being the public relations chairman. He trains Taekwondo with his son, brothers, niece and nephews. He is currently the chairman of public relations of the New York Open Taekwondo Championships/Korean Cultural Festival. We are proud to have someone of Marc's character represent our school.

Navleen Singh

Navleen is an honor student both at school and at taekwondo. She enjoys learning how to defend herself and learning new kicks. She trains with her older sister, Sukhmani, and younger brother, Balraj, both who are brown belts. She is a very disciplined and focused young girl who takes what she has learned in class into her everyday life.

David Hayes

David is a long time member and big supporter of the school. He understands the tradition of the school and is a fine example for our members to follow. He enjoys training with his Black Belt daughters Nicole and Jada. He is a Claims Analyst for PG Genatt and an Insurance Broker. He is a referee and judge for the New York Open Taekwondo Championship/Korean Cultural Festival and also won two Gold medals for Forms and Sparring in this year's event.

Allison Zabransky

Allison has fun training with her sister and brother (Mary, Thomas) and father (David). She likes Taekwondo because it teaches her discipline and focus. She has learned to be more respectful in all areas of her life and likes making new friends at the school. Allison is a wonderful young girl who brightens the room with her smile and is a hard worker. She recently won a bronze medal for Forms and Silver medal for Board Breaking in this year's New York Open Taekwondo Championship/Korean Cultural Festival.

Roy started taekwondo when he was 6 yrs old and has been with us for over 8 years. He likes that taekwondo keeps him disciplined and makes him a better person. He has learned a lot about himself, pushing his limits, and having a strong mind through his training. He is also one of our demo team members.

Sahil has been training taekwondo for 10 years and loves the organization and structure of it. He loves that the school feels like a second home and the people he has met. Sahil is a member of the National Jr. Honor Society and is on the honor roll at school. He was also recently chosen as a demo team intern for his outstanding work in academics and taekwondo. He likes to study and has a great interest in technology. He is a very hard working student who is passionate about taekwondo.

She has improved alot in her taekwondo techniques and manner since she joined.

Jared has been with us for 9 years and has grown tremendously in all aspects of his life. He is a National Honor Society inductee for his high school and an exemplary student both academically and in Taekwondo. He is our demo team co-captain and has been with the team for 6 years. He is involved with many clubs and helping the community anyway he can. He will attend the Sophie Davis School of Bio Medical education in his pursuit to become a doctor in the fall.

Geri is a full time employee of a physician group. Geri has been with us for 13 yrs and counting. She has always been a big asset and contributor to the school. She started taekwondo with her children and loved it ever since. She credits taekwondo for increased confidence and concentration. She is one of our high black belts who is a wonderful example. Each holiday, you can find her decorating the school to bring out the holiday mood.

David has been with us for 21 years and has improved tremendously in his training. He credits Taekwondo for helping him keep a level head and takes what he learns and applies it to his everyday life such as patience and focus.
He has worked for the NYPD for 17 yrs. and has four children (3 are students, and 1 future student). He helps instruct the kids classes and is a perfect example of what we look for in our higher ranking belts.

She is the younger sister of demo team intern Juliana (November Student of the Month). Daniella loves doing warmups and is always training energetically and enthusiastically. She enjoys taking on leadership roles where she is helping the lower belts and is greatly improving as she gets higher in rank.
